Ordering:

Our shipping policy is divided into two categories.

1) Out of stock / Ready stock

2) Custom order

Out of Stock / Ready stock:

Under this category, Customer can order any item which is available in our warehouse and is ready to ship. Customer has facility to select the different items in terms of category, color, size and design. Customer is required to make a minimum purchase of US$ 250.

Custom Order:

Under this category, Customer has following facilities:

1) Customer can have his own brand name labels and tags.

2) Customer can provide his own sample, design or specification.

3) Any color which is not in sspring Inc color chart, at the request by the customer we can try to provide that color.

4) Besides medical uniform, Sspring Inc can manufacture uniform for school, chef, private companies etc.

Pricing Policy:
Sspring Inc is a direct manufacturer of all type of Uniforms. Our quality is as good as any best brand name of USA. We are carrying very good quality of Uniform. Being a manufacturer, our prices are very low as compare to the quality we are providing to our customers. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods:
The various Payment Options available for all customers as follows:
A. All customers can pay on Line thru our payment gateway while buying the items at our website www.sspringinc.com

B. By Credit Card (Master, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB Cards, Citibank E-Cards) thru our payment gateway service provider PAYPAL.

C. You can also make the payment thru account payees Cashiers check (Bankers demand draft) or Personal Check. It should be in favor of Sspring Inc and it should be couriered to:

The shipment can be delayed till the clearance of the Check. The goods will be dispatched only on clearance of the payment.

The best, secure, swift and most preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer--SWIFT MT. We normally receive the payment within 1 to 3 working days depending from bank to bank and country to country.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping charges will be added as per the shipping chart.

Shipping Times:

Our highly trained staff generally is able to ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please allow extra time for holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will begin to be processed on Monday (or next business day). These times are assuming that the item you ordered is in stock. Please allow extra time for backordered items. In the event of a long delay, we will notify you about the status of your order and give you options on how to handle your order. Special requests for shipping are at UPSs (or comparable shipping company) discretion.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from sspringinc.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Tracking Orders:

Once we have shipped your order, you will be emailed a UPS or USPS Tracking Number. You can track your item with the provided USPS Tracking Number by visiting www.ups.com or www.USPS.com. If you have not received your tracking number for more than 5 Business days after order-placement, please contact us.

Backordered Items:

This means the product you ordered has been more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily are out-of-stock. We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. However, if some products are backordered, we did not want to hold up your entire order and shipped you the in-stock products. We ship backordered products when available and will immediately email you the anticipated shipping date. We expect most backordered items to be available within 60 days. In case of multiple shipments, you are billed separately for shipping and processing each time.

Canceling and Modifying Orders:

If your order has not been processed we would be happy to make changes to your order. Simply fill out the contact form and include changes you wish to make. However, once the order has been placed we are unable to make changes to it. We ask that you double-check your quantities, sizes, and colors before placing your order. The exception is in the event that your order has backordered items. If an item is backordered, you may request that it be cancelled, and we will cancel and refund your card unless the item has already shipped.

Returns and Exchanges Criteria:

Sspring Inc values your business and will accept any item(s) if youre not completely satisfied up to 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Unfortunately, all items must not be worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed in order to qualify. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Please send all returns with proper documentation including the original packing slip and the return authorization number printed clearly on the packing slip and have all original tags in original condition. Allow 15 days for us to process your return. Return Postage must be prepaid or will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. In case of exchange, Any items added to the order will be charged applicable shipping and processing fees. Partial Shipments:

If you just received your order, and all of your ordered items are not included, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number.

Return Authorization:
In order to return an item, we must receive the merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your order. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days with a return authorization (RA) number that must be included with your return, as well as the address of our return department, where all returns must be shipped. We will issue a return authorization for any reason within returns criteria; however, we absolutely DO NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization, or are not sent to the correct Return department address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions. Sspring Inc strives to keep our prices as low as possible. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

Returning an Incorrect or Defective Item:

We stand by our products and carry only high quality merchandise. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know right away. We will replace as soon as possible at no extra charge. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us. Please note: We regret that occasionally some piece can have slight differences in color, even in items that are the same color code. We cannot take responsibility for this issue. You are welcome to return items if there are some differences in color; however, we regret that we will not be able to cover the shipping costs in these cases. Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you. It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account; we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

You can print a Return and Exchange Form and non-prepaid Return Shipping Label now. The "Return and Exchange Form" and "Return Shipping Labels" are combined into one .PDF document for your convenience. You need both for Sspring Uniforms to process your return efficiently. The "Return and Exchange Form" is on the first page; use this form to enter the item youre returning and the reason for the return. The "Return Shipping Labels" are on the second page. Return Postage must be prepaid or will not be accepted.
Please note exceptions to the return policy:
*PERSONALIZED ITEMS (EMBROIDERED/IMPRINTED/ENGRAVED) ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
